Many of us appreciate the conveniences of smart phones and other technology, we can often get so comfortable with it that we fall into what Stephanie Michele calls "fast-food" relating-- Likes, etc. or quick texts instead of real communication.  Some try to use social media to take short-cuts into building relationships.

Stephanie Michele is a Certified Behavioral Analyst and Founder of “No Text or Next.” She promotes improving relationship skills and facilitates communication exercises in our mainstream “device, media and app addicted” society, and promotes the value of maintaining long term relationships. She promotes an exploration of grace, empathy and curiosity as means to course correct ineffective relational habits while increasing experiences of meaningful connection.
