In a world of TMI, it's ok to keep your private life private and not invite input on your major life decisions. You are not obligated to solicit them or share your personal business with the world.

Sometimes a friendship or romantic relationship shifts gears or ends abruptly when one person stops communicating. So what are the "rules" to go ghost? What do you do when you don't want to talk to someone anymore and they want to spend time with you? How do you handle it when you grow apart from a former friend? Changing schedules or priorities or levels of interest shift and things can feel awkward whether you are the one being ghosted or the one doing the ghosting.
