Friendship Coach, Speaker and Author Pamela Naidoo teamed up with some of the world’s leading scientists and research scholars to explore friendships, and specifically, study the dynamics of platonic male-female friendships. In her new book, Just Friends - The Ultimate Girl's Guide to Male Friendships, she gives secrets on how to make long lasting, fun, meaningful friendships with men, including whether men and women can ever really be just friends, the psychology of the friend zone, and "friends with benefits."

Melody Warnick, author of This Is Where You Belong: The Art and Science of Loving the Place You Live discusses place attachment, being neighborly, why Americans move so much, and what it takes to feel rooted in a town or city. If you are unhappy in your current city or thinking of a new place to live, this episode will help you with the psychology of the geographic cure”--the idea that a new place will change your life and make you a happier person or improve your status, and give you things to think about when considering how to get involved and fall in love with your community so it will feel more like the place where you belong.
